Agreement

These terms govern your use of RajaSofa at www.rajasofa.com, including its sofa and living-room calculators, guides, and museum (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. We may update these terms as the site changes; continuing to use it means you accept the current version.

Estimates for planning, not professional advice

RajaSofa is an independent resource, not a retailer, an interior designer, or a furniture manufacturer. The calculators produce general estimates from the measurements and figures you enter and from common furniture conventions. They are planning aids, not professional interior-design advice, and not a guarantee that a sofa will fit, suit you, or last. A recommended sofa length, seat-depth range, fabric or foam quantity, cost-per-use figure, or layout result should be treated as a starting point. Before you buy, cut fabric, or order foam, measure your own room, doorways, hallways, and turns, sit-test where you can, and confirm quantities with your supplier or upholsterer.

Using the Service responsibly

You agree to:

• Use the tools in good faith for your own furniture and living-room planning
• Enter accurate measurements — the output is only as good as the input
• Not disrupt, overload, or attempt to break the site or its security
• Not scrape or use automated systems to hammer the tools
• Respect the intellectual-property rights covered below
• Verify anything that matters with a real measurement or a professional before you commit money

Accuracy and no warranty

We build the calculators carefully and describe the formulas and assumptions on each tool’s page, but we can’t guarantee every result is error-free or right for your particular room, sofa, or fabric. Real outcomes vary with build quality, materials, how you measure, and how the piece is used. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RajaSofa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including wasted purchases, mis-ordered fabric or foam, or a sofa that doesn’t fit — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You are responsible for your own buying and building decisions.

Intellectual property

The text, calculators, and design of RajaSofa are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by copyright. You may use the tools and read the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Museum entries, images, and facts are drawn from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons under public-domain and Creative Commons licenses and remain subject to those licenses.

The site links to third-party pages and shows third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) and may include affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party sites, products, or offers; a link or ad is not an endorsement.
