What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember simple things between page loads and visits, and they let advertising and analytics providers measure how their services are used. This page explains how cookies are used on RajaSofa (www.rajasofa.com) and how you can control them.

The tools don’t need tracking

The sofa and living-room calculators run entirely in your browser and work without advertising or analytics cookies. The measurements you enter are used to compute a result on your device; disabling non-essential cookies does not stop the tools from working.

Cookies used on this site

Essential

A small number of cookies may be needed for the site to load correctly and securely. These keep the site functioning and can’t easily be switched off without affecting how it works.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertising, which funds the free tools. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads, including limiting how often you see the same ad and, unless you opt out, tailoring ads to your interests based on your browsing.

Analytics

If we use an analytics service, it sets cookies to report aggregate, anonymous usage — for example which guides and tools are most visited — so we can improve the site. This data is not used to identify you.

How to control cookies

Your browser

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, or warn you before one is set, in its settings or preferences. Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites work, but not the RajaSofa calculators themselves.

Advertising opt-outs

You can manage personalized advertising from Google at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of many third-party advertising cookies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
